At Pothys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion selection, our flexible return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your Pothys account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to submit a formal request.

  Quality Check Verification

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and retains all original branding tags and packaging to qualify for a successful return processing.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the item and use our scheduled doorstep pickup service or ship it back to our central warehouse using a trackable courier.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
